The goal for the Sales Prototype Specialist is to provide the perfect customer experience during all interactions. The primary description of these interactions is; promote and provide merchandising with feedback for new programs in an organized and consistent manner through solutions, as well as perform contact center duties; accurately entering orders, offering substitutions, cross-selling, upselling and maintaining CRM information inclusive of opportunities.

Minimum high school or GED equivalent required.
Oracle Sales Order Entry required
Assist internal and external customers with program details and process orders with the objective of generating sales and fostering customer loyalty by developing customer relationships.
Work collaboratively with various departments to assist in the development of programs and improve processes to insured continued growth.
Participate in Stuller sponsored events such as workshop, bridge events, and tradeshows.
Communicate through all touch points with established customer base. (email, fax, phone, web)
Provides statistical reporting requirements for solutions and programs to I.T. as well as utilizing such programs as Spade and TN Master.
Presenting information to groups of people (ex: meetings amongst associates as well as presentations to our customers)
Maintaining CRM data for all Countersketch and Prototype opportunities
Validate CSS contracts and track CSS orders for the Relationship Mgmt. Team
Perform all aspects of a sales consultant's duties in addition to the below
(Receive inbound ACD sales calls as needed based upon queue)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
