Responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate financial records for the service sites.
Analyze, examine, and interpret accounting records for the purpose of giving advice or preparing statements. Advise on systems as it pertains to costs or other financial or budgetary data.
High school diploma/GED. Some college courses in accounting and/or bookkeeping preferred. Minimum of two years work experience in accounting field required.
Computer skills are essential. Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing. Must be able to give and receive verbal and written instructions.
Must have fine vision, sustained vision and peripheral vision. Must possess sufficient eye/hand coordination to operate office equipment including, but not limited to telephone, computer, calculator, copier or typewriter, if applicable.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
