Summary:
Responsible for managing accounts in geographical area providing assistance and training to such accounts by maintaining proper functioning of various beverage and chemical equipment.
Installs and tests various equipment.
Assists customers and sales people to determine best equipment or products for application.
Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and company personnel in a professional and courteous manner while providing accurate and timely information.
Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Position
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts in geographical area and provide assistance and training to such accounts.
Maintain proper functioning of various beverage and chemical equipment.
Install and test various equipment.
Assist customers and sales people determine best equipment or products for application.
Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
Prepare schedules for service or installation.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
