Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking for a challenging and dynamic role? We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team in the construction industry.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HVAC professional who is passionate about leading complex projects, managing teams, and delivering high-quality HVAC systems to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects, from initial planning to final installation and maintenance.
This includes managing the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, piping, heating, chillers, boilers, cooling, and air conditioning units.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be expected to:
1.
Oversee and manage the entire life cycle of HVAC projects, including project planning, design, installation, testing, maintenance, and documentation.
2.
Coordinate and collaborate with various teams, including design, engineering, and installation teams, to ensure the successful completion of HVAC projects.
3.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4.
Ensure all HVAC systems meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
5.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
6.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on all aspects of HVAC systems, including piping, heating, chillers, boilers, cooling, and air conditioning.
7.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to HVAC systems.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Project Manager position should have the following
Qualifications:
1.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC project management, particularly in the construction industry.
2.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, including piping, heating, chillers, boilers, cooling, HVAC installation, air conditioning, plumbing, and commercial HVAC.
3.
Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex HVAC projects.
4.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
5.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
6.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
7.
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
8.
Certifications in HVAC or related fields would be an added advantage.
