We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Provisional Licensed Mental Health Professionals (PLMHP) to join our team as Telehealth Counselors at our esteemed behavioral health organization.
In this fully remote role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outpatient mental and behavioral health services to individuals aged 6 and above.

Responsibilities:
Telehealth Counseling:
Conduct compassionate individual and/or family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients.
Assessment and Treatment Planning:
Perform comprehensive initial assessments to gauge clients' mental health needs, collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans.
Client Engagement:
Cultivate a supportive and therapeutic rapport with clients, maintaining utmost professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
Documentation:
Thoroughly complete all necessary documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and relevant paperwork, ensuring full compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Remote Case Management:
Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals, agencies, and resources to deliver comprehensive care and support to our clients.
Licensing and Credentialing:
Dedicate yourself to promptly completing all required paperwork for provisional licensure and credentialing in the state of Louisiana within 30-45 days of acceptance.
Professional Development:
Actively engage in supervision sessions, training programs, and other opportunities for continuous professional growth and enhancement.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
Current provisional licensure as a PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, or CSW in the state of Louisiana.
Previous experience working with diverse client populations, with a particular emphasis on children and adolescents.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate meaningful telehealth interactions.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team setting.
Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for counseling services.
Requirements:
Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
Access to a private and secure workspace conducive to telehealth sessions.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Willingness to complete provisional licensure and credentialing paperwork within the specified timeframe.
