We are seeking a dedicated Community Education Program Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for health education and possess strong organizational and leadership skills.
CE Coordinators collaborate with various entities, including schools, community groups, and organizations, to implement educational activities that foster the total health and wellness of women and their families.
The CE Coordinator plays a crucial role in advancing the Foundation's mission by promoting knowledge, awareness, and practices that contribute to the total well-being of the community.
This role is an entry-level position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee educational programs, ensuring smooth coordination, operation and adherence to standards.
- Develop educational materials, reports, and correspondence.
- Provide guidance and support to students, faculty, and staff.
- Lead and mentor educational staff to ensure program success.
- Handle administrative tasks related to educational programs.
- Collaborate on the creation and improvement of educational curricula.
- Interact with students to address their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with partners and organizations -Attend weekly update meetings with Community Education Dept.
team - Attend all Education Committee Board meetings
Qualifications:
- Associates degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Proficiency in grant writing and curriculum development is a plus.
