May Packager A Mat Packager is responsible for checking finished mats to ensure quality and order matching before preparing them for shipment.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Examine finished mats for size, quality and to ensure they are matched with correct ticket Prepare mats for shipment and place in boxes Utilize a handheld scanner and computer program to ensure package is delivered with the correct specifications Assist UVP Operators as needed Assist other departments as needed Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to utilize handheld scanner Basic computer skills Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in a production and/or warehouse environment preferred Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending or stooping.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
Visual acuity to read instructions and operate computers.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
