What You'll Do:
Build, implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for delivering excellent internal and external customer service, internal communication, team calendar, company social media presence internally and externally, office management, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events, and referrals.
Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers.
Provide a world class client experience for clients through phone and email on behalf of the team pre-contract, through contract, and beyond.
Schedule and confirm showings for buyers.
Prepare all marketing mailings, listing presentations and CMA's.
Ensure all team receipts are obtained and submitted to the finance team.
Provide general administrative support including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, booking travel, opening and distributing mail, answering phones, maintaining supplies, office equipment, and software.
Keep the team leader informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions.
Support the team growth efforts through posting recruiting ads, calling agent recruits, and scheduling appointments for Team Operator.
Create and own systems for maintaining integrity of the database, including holding new and experienced agents accountable to activities.
Own the agent onboarding process, including holding trainings in person and virtually.
Ensure all team receipts are obtained and submit to the finance team, when reports are generated, take ownership of finding opportunities to reduce expenses.
Create and maintain the team's operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Brivity.
Coordinate photography, staging, sign installation, and other listing launch functions.
Plan and execute client and agent events throughout the year that are done at a high level to drive business referrals.
Commit to weekly 1:
1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings.

years experience in an operations/administrative role LA real estate license is not required but highly preferred.
License is expected to be obtained within 6 months of employment.
Comes from a background in a commissions based industry or has a firm understanding of how a commission based industry works Other Details:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
