Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive dinning experience.
Showing up dressed professional, being on time and ready to work as well as clocking in on time.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Assist customers with the menu - Maintain a clean and organized drink station and register - Restock drink station and to go items - Report customer complaints or concerns to manager as soon as they come up -Be aware of surrounding and what needs your attention - Work together with coworkers helping other areas when needed -Showing up to work when scheduled, skipping work will not be taken lightly -Be willing to learn and listen Skills:
- Good communication skills, gaining the ability to explain menu and sauces to customers - Being patient with all customers even when English isn't their first language - Teamwork - Good Time Management - Honesty -Reliable -Attention to detail including keeping work space clean - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Being able to leave personal problems at the door - Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations and difficult customer's with a calm composure.
