- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments - Conduct data entry tasks to maintain accurate records - Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed -Help manage company social media presence
