Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, reviews and implements the structure and language for all required documentation related to requirements for funding & program providers including, but not limited to:
Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike, Ryan White Parts B, C, and D, HUD HOPWA, Health Models, Prevention programs, as well as CARF accreditation for the Seasons of Serenity program.
Facilitates the development of policies and procedures related to accreditation and quality activities.
Identifies, monitors, and evaluates quality improvement requirements based on internal and external benchmarks.
Assists with writing, developing, and implementing action plans to achieve improvement in functional areas through quality initiatives and/or corrective action plans.
Collaborates with external grantors to facilitate quality improvement initiatives.
Chairs QA committee Presents documents that are ready-for-approval for review to the Quality Assurance Committee.
Designs, develops, reviews and implements the format, documentation structure, including document storage, and language for all required documentation related to the AcadianaCares Policies & Procedures.
Facilitates development of new AcadianaCares Policies & Procedures through review processes.
Facilitates updating of AcadianaCares Policies & Procedures through review processes.
Writes and edits new, and updated, policies and procedures in accordance with AcadianaCares style guides.
Develops, designs, and reviews policies and procedures directly relating to AcadianaCares Policies & Procedures format and structure.
Performs and facilitates reviews.
Inspects documents or processes in areas of concern.
Inspects policy & procedure documents by date, or sampled randomly, to assess the need for updates.
Monitors implementation of new and updated policies and procedures for consistency, clarity, and comprehensiveness through review processes.
Assists in identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; assists in development of corrective action plans.
Performs such other duties as may be assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
