Responsibilities:
Create Raving Fans! You'll accomplish this daily by interacting with our golfers via phone, chat & email.
It's your responsibility to ensure our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and get golfers back on course enjoying our products.
Create a Frictionless Customer Experience! Help our golfers get their orders placed and on their way.
Provide updates relative to order status and delivery expectations.
Answer any questions golfers might have regarding our products and make things right when things go wrong.
Help GBC Grow and Get Better! Document golfer interactions in our CRM to help us better understand how we can improve.
Always treat other people the way you would want to be treated.
Expectations:

Compensation:
$10-$15/hr Full time position with medical, dental, Recommended Skills Courtesy Customer Experience Hardworking And Dedicated Innovation Multitasking Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
