00 Duties and
Responsibilities:
RISK MANAGEMENT:
Under the direction and supervision of the Property Compliance and Risk Manager, complete various administrative and recordkeeping duties as assigned.
PROPERTY AND COMPLIANCE SERVICES:
Assist the Property Compliance and Risk Manager with the proper tracking, tagging, and recording of information in the computerized Asset management Platform for all college assets.
Assist the Property Compliance and Risk Manager with all tasks associated with legislative audits and inspections.
Responsible for understanding and being able to perform administrative duties performed by other members in the office of Property Compliance and Risk Management to increase collaboration and ensure that these duties can be assumed in the absence of another member of that team.
Assist the other members of the Office of Property Compliance and Risk Management with any duties needed to ensure this function operates properly.
GENERAL ACTIVITIES:
Demonstrating a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Ability and endurance necessary to work the hours needed to complete the job.
Attendance at all mandatory meetings.
Predictable and reliable attendance is required in order to provide consistency and continuity of educational services.
Required Education:
Associates degree or High school diploma and four years of directly related experience.
Required
Experience:
Three years' experience in support and/or risk management required.
Required Licenses or Certifications:
An active, unencumbered driver's license.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred
Experience:
Experience in higher education risk management preferred.
Passing pre-employment criminal background screen is required as a condition of employment.
