Lafayette, LA Lafayette, LA Full-time Full-time $37,000 - $41,600 a year $37,000 - $41,600 a year 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in establishing strategy for accomplishing activities required to execute corporate approved compliance training Assist in managing grant funds to include tracking of grant participants, submitting quarterly reports, and moving funds as necessary Assist in researching and selecting vendors, consultants, and trainers to conduct training in specific topics Maintain customer training matrix to forward to customers as required Manage entries in compliance training tracking systems for field employees Assist in maintaining corporate database with current compliance requirements Communicate with field employees and their respective division manager, account manager, and/or personnel coordinator regarding required compliance training Schedule field employees for compliance training Manage travel requirements for field employees while attending compliance training to include lodging and mileage Assist in managing invoicing allocated to the Compliance Training department Manage DOT OQ reports in ISNETWORLD Schedule and proctor DOT OQ assessments as required Input training payroll for field employees Other job tasks may be assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
