Responsibilities include:
provide technical support to end users via in person, phone call, and remote support resolve software and hardware issues in timely manner follow up with staff and clients on resolution status monitor systems and respond proactively to alerts escalate issues with manufacturers and/or providers documenting solutions
Qualifications:
general understanding of networking and IP addressing/sub-netting general understanding in troubleshooting basic desktop, laptop and mobile issues ability to prioritize tasks based on level of severity and client needs excellent written communication, verbal communication, and customer service skills ability to work independently in a fast paced environment strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills time management skills and ability to multitask Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
