We offer tutoring, mentoring, job exploration, and a safe space for teens to go after school.
The Operations Manager is responsible for providing safety and organization to the teen's experience at Clearport.
While positioned at the front desk in the lobby, the Operations Manager ensures that only registered members enter the building and that process and procedures are being implemented by all students and staff.
This is a part-time position that has the ability to become a full time position.
The position requires availability M-F 2:

30 Operations Manager Duties:
Oversee and manage registration and check in procedures Authorize access to property, secure exits, and monitor the premises Answer phone calls and take messages Greet students and guests Assist in the implementation of process and procedures throughout the program Assist and execute food program procedures.
Consistently execute inventory procedures.
Assist with Lobby and Cafe' area maintenance, organization, and cleaning duties.
Be a role model of professionalism.
Follow employee Code of Conduct Participate in transportation of students as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have detail- oriented work experience Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, organizing, and data analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated dependability Computer skills, which includes work with spreadsheet and populating data Job Type:
