This position will require the individual chosen to work directly with the VP of Manufacturing Operations and Upper Management.
Job Requirements:
College degree must have previous managerial or supervisor experience must be computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook must be able to work independently and work in a team must have a clean driving and background record must be at least 21 years of age Some job responsibilities will include:
Carrying out our company's strategy and mission statement Managing and tracking projects Monitor operations and develop preventative and corrective actions Working with employees, department supervisors/managers to learn departmental needs and goals Ensure that all processes and procedures conform with local, state, federal, industry, and Company standards Assist with Safety protocol and procedures Skills Required:
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism Good problem solving skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task to maintain good time management Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
