The Facilities Support Technician III is responsible for providing assistance to the client maintenance team in various general facilities and building maintenance tasks.
This includes carpentry work, vehicle and boat maintenance, minor equipment repairs, and grounds maintenance.
The selected technician will be responsible for answering customer requests and performing assigned tasks.
Additionally, they will assist in maintaining the fleet vehicles and vessels, ensuring they are always ready for deployment.
The technician will also be involved in carpentry projects, constructing, altering, and repairing various features in buildings and facilities.
Grounds maintenance duties, such as lawn cutting, landscaping, and applying herbicides, are also part of the role.
The technician will operate a variety of power and hand tools to complete their tasks and ensure all work is of high quality and accuracy.

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Facilities Support Technician III:
$19 - $20.
60 hourly, $4.
23 SCA Health and Welfare Benefit Pay commensurate with experience.
Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided.

Facilities Support Technician III Responsibilities Include:
Assisting the client maintenance team with general facilities and building maintenance tasks.
Performing carpentry work, including constructing, altering, and repairing various features in buildings and facilities.
Assisting in maintaining fleet vehicles and vessels, including monthly service inspections, providing recommendations for fleet improvement, and maintaining service logs.
Conducting grounds maintenance activities, such as lawn cutting, landscaping, and applying herbicides.
Performing routine building maintenance duties, including plaster application, fountain repairs, and pressure washing.
Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment used in groundskeeping.
Operating various power and hand tools to complete assigned tasks.
Requesting clarification from the Task Order Manager on technical situations not specifically outlined in company policies.
Responding to customer requests in a timely manner, providing status reports and estimated resolution times when immediate addressing of problems is not possible.
Facilities Support Technician III Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
3-4 years of combined technical education, training, and/or experience in similar duties.
Demonstrated ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment used in facilities maintenance.
Previous knowledge and proven abilities to support facilities of similar size and scope.
Ability to lift items weighing up to 65 pounds frequently and objects weighing 65 pounds or more rarely.
Proficiency in operating outdoor power equipment, including mowers, tractors, and forklifts, even under adverse weather conditions.
This position requires an active USAccess clearance.
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
