Provide professional, courteous and exceptional customer service.
Greet customers.
Answer phone calls, transfer to the department/personnel requested, and take written messages when the needed personnel are not available.
Collect payments in cash, checks, and authorized charged accounts from customers for services and retail purchases.
Responsible for the daily balancing of cash office accounts.
Scan and file service & parts repair orders/ invoices.
Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned.
Maintain a neat & clean work area.
Required to work a rotating shift schedule & Saturdays.
Qualifications:
Previous cashiering and/or receptionist experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have working knowledge of PCs (Microsoft Office and Outlook experience required) Strong multi-tasking abilities a must Detail oriented and able to meet last minute deadlines and challenges High School Graduate or equivalent Must be at least 18-years-old Must be willing to submit to a background check, DMV screen, and drug screen Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
