Lawn, Landscape Construction, and Horticulture Maintenance.
We are looking to make one hire for each position.

Lawn Supervisor Position Overview:
The Lawn Supervisor will be a strong leader, able to oversee a crew of 2-3 members, of which the Lawn Supervisor will ensure that the crew is carrying out commercial and residential jobs to EdenScapes standard.
The Lawn supervisor should be able to operate a zero-turn, weed eater, edger, blower, and be familiar with how to properly use the machinery.
The Lawn Supervisor will also be knowledgeable of how to use and apply chemicals, as well as be able to identify different types of grasses and how to care for them.
The Lawn Supervisor will be expected to keep the pace of the crew and ensure that jobs are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
Install Supervisor Position Overview:
The Install Supervisor will be a strong leader, able to oversee a crew of 2-3 individuals.
The Install Supervisor should be able to carryout the following task at a high level and with minimum oversight.
This individual should thoroughly understand all aspects of landscape construction and be able to operate company equipment such as:
skid steer, mini-excavator, mini-skid steer, tracked loader etc.

The Install Supervisor should be able to operate a transit, shoot grades and grade sites, read landscape plans and drawings, lay out a job site and order materials.
The Install Supervisor should be well versed in the planning and application of irrigation and drainage, as well as lighting.
Possessing the ability to ensure jobs are carried out in a timely and efficient manner to keep job costing down.
Maintenance Supervisor Position Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor must be thoroughly familiar with all aspects of Landscape Maintenance to include:
cleanups, mowing, mulching, pruning, trimming, edging, weed whacking, bed maintenance, fertilizing, etc.
; operating all equipment.
Requires minimal supervision and performs all functions in a safe manner and while directing a crew of 2-3 employees.
This position requires that the Maintenance Supervisor have a good working knowledge of plants/flowers and how to care for them, as well as how to identify weeds common to South Louisiana climate.
The Maintenance Supervisor must also attend to and complete all paperwork and administrative requirements related to the job while creating and maintaining a professional job atmosphere.
Requirements:
A minimum of two years of professional experience in either area of expertise Ability to stand, stoop, bend for long periods of time Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs, and handle the general range of labor required for the position applied for Must have good reading and writing ability to complete paperwork, and use technology Ability to lead others, and keep pace for timely job completion 2-3 professional references Compensation and
