2 11 hours ago Full Job Description Summary We are looking for a Retail Support Specialist to managing multiple projects while being a Retail Operations Manager back up as needed.
This position offers the opportunity to support all retail employees through project management and by leading the team to success.
Specific Job Functions RETAIL SUPPORT JOB DUTIES Serve as a back-up Retail Operations Manager as needed.
Be proficient in the following roles:
Teller Universal Banker Assistant Banking Center Manager Banking Center Manager Retail Coordinator Travel and conduct Quarterly Audits Reviews for banking centers as needed.
Manage multiple complex projects at a time, from initial discussions through to the finish line.
Compile and analyze data:
Staffing Matrix Banking Center Audit Incentive Identify Opportunities of Improvement for Retail Not limited to - Reviewing of tickets, Teller Over/Short, and CTR Errors Develop and facilitate trainings for retail team members.
Resolve client and employee issues timely and efficiently.

Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
Visit banking centers as needed.
Assist in the growth and shrinking of locations in the region as needed.
On Federal holidays where the FED is open, but the bank is closed, Retail Operations Manager, will work overdrafts for their region.
Minimum Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Two (2) years of banking experience, management experience, client service experience, operational experience, loan knowledge and/or on-the-job training.
Ability to pass a background check.
Exceptional time management, communication, client experience, and computer skills.
Bilingual may be preferred.
High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
Professional appearance and courteous manner.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
