UX Architect

cActing as an advocate for customer needs, the User Experience Architect works closely with cross-functional stakeholders and provides leadership to internal teams to improve the full spectrum of the user experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Managing and mentoring UX Research and UX Design team members. Interface at all levels of the business, from direct reports to senior leadership, to understand business objectives and drive results via user focused research and design. Improve problems and optimize successes for users by directing and performing the generating, collecting, analyzing, and reporting of both quantitative data and qualitative feedback. Creating - and managing the creation of - journey maps, user flows, personas, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate complex, technical, and detailed experiences. Be a UX evangelist ensuring others understand the impact of UX process and solutions. Track the outcome of iterative digital experiences and continuously adapt to feedback. Help direct, design, and write content, UX copy, and overall messaging focused on user needs. Effectively communicating conceptual ideas, design rationale, and the specifics of a user centered design process. Working with stakeholders across all areas of the company to discover and conceptualize potential new customer experiences. Working with development teams to guide UX improvements. Build and optimize information architecture accommodating both user and business needs. Work across all areas of the company to discover new opportunities via User Centered Design. Skills Skills to support high-level research and design of complex functions and intuitive interactions. Ability to confidently interface with customers, gain trust, and speak their language. Strong design skills spanning functional, visual, and UI design. Ability to integrate UX design and research with an Agile development process. Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills across multiple projects and disciplines. Qualities Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills. Outstanding visual and verbal presentation capabilities. Proactive and possess a strong sense of urgency. Detail-oriented and thorough with documentation. Driven to achieve goals and produce results.
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and 1 or more Certifications in User Experience (UX). A minimum of 5 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research, and ability to visualize and present research data simply and clearly. A minimum of 5 years of experience in functional, visual, and UI design.

Minimum Qualification
Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
