Responsibilities:
o Experience within a large-scale or global enterprise, core competencies with installation/configuration of Pega BPM and IBM BPM/BAW products. Minimum of 2 years hands on experience with Pega PRPC/SCE infrastructure engineering and/or support. o Systems administration, production support, problem analysis, service request and project task delivery for IBM BAW and Pega BPM products in multiple environments (WAS and JBOSS EAP/Docker/JWS) o Identify the components that comprise the architecture of Pega 7,8 and be able to install the product as an EJB into an application server o Migrate rules from one environment to another following best practices o Authenticate using LDAP and implement Single-Sign-On (SSO) o Customize the Pega 7,8 security model to suit your needs o Identify how Pega 7,8 uses a database and be able to optimize the use of the database o Use OOTB tools to tune the environment in which Pega 7,8 solutions run using a holistic approach o Maintain list of service and connectors o Configure the JBOSS application server and Apache web server by using MOD-JK and MOD-CLUSTER to communicate between the web server and application server. o Experience in creating Data Source in different ways like JBOSS CLI commands, using XML and through management console. o Proficiency in development and deployment using WAS and/or JBOSS EAP/JWS o Experience with Standalone mode and Domain mode of JBOSS application server. o Deploying the applications on multiple JBOSS application server and maintained Load balancing, high availability and Fail over functionality. o Managing and Monitoring the JVM performance by Jboss Heap size, Garbage collection and Connection pools. o Deploying applications like JAR/WAR/EAR by using Management console and JBOSS CLI. o Generating Heap and Thread dumps. o Solid Technical and problem solving skills using application and error logs and if needed open the ticket and working with Pega support team. o Proven experience in Pega Systems, JBOSS EAP, BPM(BAW) and WebSphere administration experience o Ability to manage change along with good time management and work with tight deadlines o Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed o Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, application owners, Pega Center of Excellence and Infrastructure Services & Operations counterparts on resiliency and automation opportunities. o Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements; partner with BPM service engineering to drive from concept to implementation o Interact with application and diverse infrastructure teams, identifying application impacts, interface design and technical specification design documentation o On call admin for Prod environment o Experience in scheduled jobs, cron, ESP etc. o Excellent communication skills Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

years of experience as Pega Administratator o Experience installing and managing an Application/Web server like configuring JBOSS EAP, BPM, Pega BPM,WebSphere on Linux and windows Platforms etc. o Familiarity with relational database management systems o Knowledge of your business processes o Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture o Proficiency with Ansible (Ansible Tower) or in one or more programming languages for automation:
i.e Java, PythonAbility to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture o Excellent understanding of integration with third party APIs (Web services, JSON, REST, XML etc.) o Proficiency in development and deployment using WAS and/or JBOSS EAP/JWS o Good understanding on database design and query optimization a plus o Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of writing documentation, training users in complex topics o Agile experience; proficient in using Rally and/or Jira Skill Set Primary Skill:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED o Seven, typically ten or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT, o Demonstrated history of strong communication and collaboration abilities in a highly matrixed environment. o Strong analytical and problem solving skills. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Ability to work as part of a high performance team in a fast paced environment. o Demonstrated solid knowledge of systems development life cycle; particularly in contemporary requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability & verification.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
