CGI has an immediate need for a Sr. C+
Developer to join our financial services team in one of our selected CGI locations. Due to the current COVID-19 status, candidates will not be required to work within the physical work location at this time. When COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, they will be required to be located within the proximity of the assigned CGI location. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. Responsibilities:
We are looking for a strong C+
developer with 8
years of experience. You will support existing applications, configure, develop and provide support. In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and an have excellent communicator as well as the following:
o Producing code using C+
o Upgrading, configuring, and debugging existing systems o Participate in requirements analysis o Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture o Write clean, scalable code using C+
programming languages o Test and deploy applications and systems o Revise, update, refactor and debug code o Improve existing software o Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) o Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
o 8
years of experience in C+
o Proven experience as a strong C+
Application Developer o Ability to write, compile deploy C+
code o Excellent troubleshooting skills in C+
and good communication skills o Attention to detail EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS o Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
