HITTING & SPEED TRAINING

THIS IS GOING TO SHOCK YOU, BUT...

About 90% of Little League coaches taught your ballplayer the wrong mechanics for hitting(unless they played some serious college or pro ball and had a really good hitting instructor)...and since then your ballplayer has built up even more muscle memory with the wrong mechanics...which makes it even more unlikely that he or she will excel at hitting unless and until they get the right kind of instruction to correct the poor mechanics...
