Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Hostesses.
As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a positive and memorable first impression.
You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests throughout the dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Monitor dining room occupancy and assist in coordinating with servers to ensure timely service.
Handle phone inquiries and assist with reservations.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
