Project ManagerSalary :
$90-$95k (will stretch for right person)Location:
Baton Rouge/New Orleans/Lafayette LA (project work will be within that triangle of geography)Project work:
healthcare, education, retail, industrial and corporate officesThe Project Manager, in partnership with the Superintendent, is responsible for the overall success of a construction projectThis position is responsible for providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, and providing management of project budget, schedule, and qualityAdditionally, the Project Manager oversees contractual requirements and documentationProject Managers help lead the way in providing a good experience for everyone involved, including subcontractors and owners.What You Need for this Position A diverse project list that includes both commercial and industrial projects Strong understanding of building systems 7-10 years' experience in commercial construction Degree in Construction Management Solid acumen for ProCore, Primavera, Bluebeam, and MS Office Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent planning and problem-solving skills Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractorsInterested in hearing more?
