Light Work as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor constitutes a maximum lift of 0-10 pounds on occasion. Most work is sitting at a computer, sending/retrieving faxes from a fax machine, walking paperwork to and from the work area no more than 20 feet and talking on a phone. Requires excellent speaking and hearing for phone conversations.
