The Customer Relationship Specialist is to provide the perfect customer experience during all interactions with internal and external customers. The primary description of these interactions is; Perform outbound sales calls to existing customer base, meet with and develop a specific sales plan based on client needs, perform all of the functions of the department's associate's daily tasks, accurately entering orders, offering substitutions, solutions, cross-selling, up-selling, and updating customer profiles in CRM.
Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
Moderate level of sales and negotiation skills
Self-Motivated, ability to catch on quickly & retain information.
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and respond positively to rapid change
Flexibility with work schedule, tasks, and assignments
Microsoft office preferred (Excel & Word)
High School diploma or GED required
Bridge Event duties include meeting with and developing specific sales plans based on client needs during the three day on site seminar.
Build and maintain relationships to ensure continuity and growth by offering Stuller promotions and services to an assigned portfolio of approximately 75 customer accounts.
Participate in Stuller sponsored events such as workshop, bridge events and tours.
Contact assigned accounts quarterly to assure sales growth goals are met.
Work collaboratively with various departments throughout the organization to make sure cross function goals are met.
Communicate through all touch points with established customer base. (email, fax, phone, web)
Informational calls to existing customer base.
Seek to capture customer information and record into customer relationship management system.
Participate in required Stuller sponsored trainings.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
